Ribye Steak Dinner
We have been cooking steaks for as long as we have been cooking BBQ. Our ribeyes are prime cuts of meat and can be cut to your specifications. We have learned from our customers that new potatoes with butter and onions combined with Sheri's green beans are the perfect sides for this meal.
BBQ Combo
Any combination of sliced beef, sausage, smoked ham, smoked turkey, or St. Louis-style pork ribs, combined with home style potato slad. Mrs. Rae's pinto beans, bread, pickles, onions, and plenty of Scott's BBQ sauce. Iced tea as beverage and your choice of cobbler for dessert.
Chicken Fried Steak
Our chicken fried steak is best served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and cream gravy. We provide the bread and can serve the drink and dessert of your choice.
Chicken Spaghetti
We stole the recipe from mom! Depending on the crowd you are catering to, this can be the perfect meal. Served with a Caesar salad and oven baked rolls, this can be a simple and delicious meal for any group.

Catfish and Shrimp
If you really want to throw a party, we recommend the catfish and shrimp. We serve this meal with pinto beans, cole slaw, hush puppies, tarter sauce, and red sauce. We can provide the beverage of your choice and cobbler and ice cream as a great way to sum it all up.
Roast Beef Dinner
Our roast beef is very popular with groups of 20 to 50 people. We combine mashed potatoes and green beans for the sides, and provide natural roast gravy for "soppin". We can provide the dessert and drinks to suit your taste.
